Booking form not showing on single tours

Hello, i need help, i have just started using this theme and the booking forms are misbehaving. when you check under theme options—i have enabled both custom form and booking form but when you load a tour, it only shows the custom form. also, so even if i create a new product, the prices for each package and booking form dont show….
