Booking without payment gateway

Hi, I have done a redirect however when a tour is booked the customer’s information isn’t stored anywhere and I also do not get any notification on a new order even after setting this up in woocommerce. Please I really want you guys to help me sort this out I am behind schedule with my project and this seem to be the only hold up right now. I want customer’s information about booking to be stored and accessible and I also want to receive notifications on new orders/bookings.

Oh, The customer needs to purchase success. when complete customer can see Order detail. then notification on a new order to manager. So steps is::

Step 1: Customer Booking
Step 2: Customer Checkout
Step 3: Customer see Order detail when checkout success

So you want to custom “Thank You Page” instance of Order detail
