Customization datepicket calendar

Hello, and excuse me for disturbe you again
My client would like to customize the calendar, he wants to change the days from January 1 to August 4 and from September 29 to December 12 (days disabled) in red background and with the tooltip “busy” (busy).

Also if it is possible when you signal a Saturday, because they are only active on Saturdays, mark the following 7 days, because it is the duration of the tour.

Please, tell me if it is possible, and cost, I will pay you, because i can not fix it
