Demo Theme is not the same

I installed Demo Importer but It’s not working when I choose the Theme I want. Instead my site looks like this: https://stefsjourney.com

Also, when I click on the one theme it shows on theme importer ( it stays at 0% loading when installing it). And is it only one demo theme? I thought there are some more so I am not sure if there is something wrong.

I would really like to have the exact same look for my blog as the one featured.

Also another question for the home page photo. Is there a way to not have a filter on my image and keep it as it is?
