Header issues…

I just bought your theme, and upon installing the demo, i ran into a few issues already…

1- You have an option to have a sticky header. I select to have this option, yet i get no sticky header… I managed to solve this via CSS, but wanted to report this bug…

2- I added some custom CSS to my header (colors mainly…). If you check the homepage at:
http://t3tours.quintadigital.eu/

This is the layout i want.

However, if you go to any tour for example:
http://t3tours.quintadigital.eu/tours/kiwiana-panorama/

You can see that the colors,etc have nothing to do with the header at the homepage…
So my question is, what do i need to do to have the same header on all pages? Do i have an option somewhere that i need to select?
Or do i have to go and edit the CSS on every single page???
