Hide Tour Booking Information Fields if Item in Cart

Hello again!

I’m wondering would it be possible to hide some of the fields (First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address) for ‘travel-booking’ if and only if the user’s cart is not empty?

This would be in order to prevent them from having to enter the information two times.
