Home page breaks

Hello,

1. Home page breaks when saving without modifying anything or modifying some setting in theme options.
2. Highlights are not displayed.

I’m on localhost, wordpress 4.9, php 5.6.25 or php 7.0.10 (doesn’t matter, it breaks on both), apache 2.4.23.
