how can i add time in the tour booking form

Client want to add time for booking tour, pls see this screenshot. http://prnt.sc/p21oc0
Here we can see, date can put by the client but there is no option for adding time on that particular date. So that option needed here. So kindly help me with the code.
OR
Any text box for date also enough. This is for actually adding time along with the date for the client.
