How to have link on "Destinations" menu item in Image Slider demo theme?

Hi, I’m trying to build my site:
https://triangle.iclawdiusdesign.com/
by using the “Image Slider” demo and just changing the menu names and photos.
In this theme how can I have when you click on the “Destinations” menu item the dropdown menu appears and it also takes you to a page with 5 or 6 photos (Brazil, Canada, Cuba etc) then when you click on the respective photo all the tours are shown for that country – exactly like it is here:
http://travelwp.physcode.com/home-4/destinations/
In “Image Slider” theme there’s no link on the menu item “Destinations” and no country photos in Media.
