How to put text above or below "Show tours of attribute" images?

Hi, On this page:

The 6 photos are made with “Show tours of attribute” Element in Visual Composer.
Is it possible to place a paragraph of text above each image preferably when the cursor moves over the image the text appears?
Alternatively, is it possible to place the text below each image?
