Main search got broken

Dear Sirs,

I wanted to match the search engine to the types of medical stays that I organize.
I wanted to change the ‘month’ to ‘specialization’ and I wanted to translate destination into polish language. When I do any modifications, unfortunately the search engine got broken … How to correct this error? What else should be changed?
