Manually Blocking Unavailable Dates

I am trying to manually disable dates on my product calendar but there is no Sunday column on the “Dates Disable” calendar. How do I make the calendar show Monday-Sunday instead of Monday-Saturday so that I can remove unavailable dates that fall on a Sunday?
