Multiple dates with custom prices

Hi
I have several questions as following.

1. In products/tours/[any tour] in product data head tour booking I need a change on admin side Tour can have multiple dates and custom prices rather than days.

2. How can i create a selection which should be dependent on two attributes for example i have added to attributes Region and countries, where countries are dependent on Region. I have created a page and show all regions now when i click on a region it show all the tour belong to that region but i need a solution in which when i click on the region it will show all the countries and when in click on a country then it should show all the tours that belong to that country.
