Permalink issue

    Hi, the url all broken when I updated permalink as I setup post name.
    But when I change to plain back to normal. Can you please explain why its happening?..
    The website is in Korean, when I created pages I changed the url to english, it normal doesn’t matter for other websites. If I use plain permalink is not good for SEO.

    P.S I updated new wordpress version 4.9.8
