Product Category option is not showing frm Admin when i add product type tour

Hi Team,

When i add any tour from back-end , then not showing option to check in product category. Also i want add attributes and its variation in tour package so kindly assist me to fix this issue. I wanted add attributes and variation on this http://rldevelopment.co.in/thai-mast/product/package-demo/ page, here we want select option like transport type in attributes.
