Theme Options not working correctly

Hi Support,

I’ve recently upgraded to theme version 1.5.4, Since upgrading, I’ve noticed a few things in this version that are not working correctly:

1. There is a “blue box” in the top header that I can’t get rid of (it was never there before).
2. The header STICKY option is turned on however, it’s not working/displaying correctly.
3. It seems that when I make changes to the theme options, they are not being saved.
