Theme settings (styles) not working

Hi

I’m not sure what the issue is, but the theme setting styles are not loading anymore.

Can you please have a look and let me know what the problem is?

For example the footer background should be dark. It is now transparent.

I’ve reinstalled the theme and updated all the plugins. I’ve also troubleshooted the other plugins and none of them seems to be the issue.
