Hi,

I am trying to get this theme to work with the plugin Sumo Payment Plans.

Everything seemed to be working except the ability to make payments after the initial transaction occurred. I was working with the plugin developers and they sent me the following message.

“Hi,

We checked on your site for the Booking product and noticed that for these types of orders, no product data is available in the order(you can check it by editing the order which has a Booking product). Without product data, it is not possible to get balance payable orders to work and it is not possible to give compatibility with that plugin.

Thanks.”

Do you know why this product data is not available? It is only not available with a tour. On simple products it is fine. Is there a way to make sure it is available as I need to be able to use payments on my site.
