Url linking to different content in snapshots

When we take the URL of the company CPVVS.com and place it in a forum discussion such as facebook, it retrieves information on the site that has nothing to do with the actual CPVVS.com

I would like to have the information connected to CPVVS.com alone show in discussion forums and not information on other content not directly connected to CPVVS.com. How can we tailor the information on the wordpress theme so that when we copy the URL it shows only specific information we would like it to show connected to that very title.

Also when you take several URLs where the content does not directly tie to the URL it shows other information not related to that content or title. How can we correct this?
