Travel Booking Plugin dose not showing complete information on Ticket Booking

i have receiving the complete booking information on cart & checkout page
but when place order on checkout page then children price information is showing but not showing the Adults Tickets Price Information on

my basic problem is in Step 4, i have attached the picture with every step,
i am going to submit ticket again to resolve our problem.
