Change ‘Booking Now’ button to ‘Book Now’

Hi, How do I change the ‘Booking Now’ button to “Book Now”? I have gone through the related topics on the support page but I couldn’t find any useful info. I have also tried the Loco Translator you suggested on this support forum, but its not working as well.

I wonder why this seemingly simple-looking task is very difficult to achieve.
