Cart icon malfunction (onn-off)

Hi,

this regarding cart icon right next to the main menu at the top.

This cart I had tried many times and after add to cart from the product, and when i moved cursor to ‘bag’ icon it nothing happens/ cannot click.

When i refresh the page and go again, sometimes it worked sometimes is not.
