where to find old purchase code?

We have bought the TravelWP theme once when we created a site, but we have lost contact with the old developer, and cannot find out how to update the theme. We’ve now had to purchase a new one to contact support. Can you help us find out the old license code? Can we buy a prolongation of support instead of buying the theme the second time?
