problem with importing the demo

hello, so I bought the pastistry theme a week ago and Ive done all I could to try to fix when importing the demo and nothing has worked, I even deleted WordPress and fresh installed and nothing happened, it stays at 40% and it when I refreshed it just loads badly the theme and stuff
