No Homepage

Hello,

I’ve bought the theme, uploaded it, installed required plugins and widgets, imported Demo, but there are still missing Home page, which I can set as the static page and there’s no Slider Revolution plugin included (so I would be able to create a similar homepage).
I’ve asked for refund, because I even cannot see how I can resolve it, but still hope maybe you are able explain why it so and what to do to solve at least with home page to be looking as in the demo?
