Analytics and Search Console Urgent.

Hi there, how can I get to the head section of the theme to add the Google tagging instructions for Adwords, Analytics and Search console? I’d normally go to>
Appearance
Theme file editor
And add the tracking script in there.

or is there another section somewhere?
