Translate the booking form

Hi there,

I have a site http://straveling.com/product/north-island-family/. As you can see the the booking form all with labels in English. I would like to Translate them to Chinese. Where to do that?

By the way, same problem at the product Booking Data Tabs. It shows “Description”, “Itinery” and “Location”, Etc. How can I change those to Chinese as well. And, The Location is defaults to use Google Map. How can I change it to use e.g. Apple Map (as Google Map doesn’t work in CHina). Or Can I just simply hide The Location Tab?
