how to make logo and menu out of revolution slide for home page

Hi, I am trying to make my header like this site http://myindiatours.org .but my homepage is coming like this http://oshoholidays.com/wp1. Can you tell me how can I make take that slide down to many I don’t want slider image in the background of the image. Its urgent pls
