Header and footer won't change

Hi guys – I bought this theme some days ago and I cannot classify myself as a happy Customer. I spent countless hours trying to understand why I cannot change the header & footer colors and I’m pretty sure the problem is on your side.

If you go to theme options, general settings and from there onwards and change the colors, the front-end simply doesn’t recognize the new colors I chose. Additionally the sticky menu isn’t working when you scroll down, only works when you scroll up. Last, the logo dimensions aren’t working as well!!!!!!!

What is happening in here?
