Rewrite URL from API

Hi there!

I am using a third party API instead of using Woocommerce for the tours. I want to reuse the Destination tab you have on your demo “Home 02”. However, instead of the countries you put there, I want to get the countries from this API.

This is how it looks now:
example.com/destinations/1
But I want it to replace the ID with the name. example:
example.com/destinations/egypt

Is this possible to rewrite this? I was advised to ask the owner of the theme.
