Website slow & email to customers

Hello,
I have couple problem that I need help with
1. my website is working so slow, that you can check out from here. It needs a long time to download all a page

2. When a customer purchases my product, there is no confirmation to customer’s email. So my customer would not know if what she just purchased, and what the details of the product.
