Tour "stock" and variables

Hi,
I have a client that has the following scenario:

Tour 01
– Availability only on certain dates;
– Users can add up to “x” (example 4) guests for the tour (max guest can already be defined by your theme, let’s say 8 max);
– When a user books a date for 4 guests, they’ll be only 4 more available for that date;

So, we need to add a calendar for the dates plus add stock management (to avoid overbooking).

Is this possibile?
