block date on each tour

Hello how can i append the change in the update of the new version that includes blocking dates on each tour? Make changes to the design of the template of the tour and some arighteous to the reservation form only change the text of surname by timetable but it is text, the text of # People, add a selection and a characteristic of the description…. I just want to put the blocking Dates….. you could advise me.
