this plugin is so bad

Unfortunately i bought this plugin from you “Travel Booking – Travel Booking WooCommerce WordPress Plugin”

i thought it gonna be like the demo but it isn’t. i wanna my money back.

i had too much problem with this plugin
1- it doesn’t looks like the demo u show
2- it isn’t not compatible with any theme i tried like “kallyas” . see pic 1
3- i wanna add another tabs on “tour tabs” but i can’t . see pic 2

what can i do ?
