Show hyperlinks in blog posts

Currently the hyperlinks are not being displayed effectively in blog posts. They get shown only when a reader moves the cursor over them.
There is a high probability that the reader will miss the links this way.
Can you change the color of hyperlinks in blog posts to a different color – better if we can choose and configure the color? Also, show the link as purple after a user has clicked over it ( to show that it has been already clicked – like in many other websites)?
