Product Image Not Uploading & Tour Attributes is not working.

I am facing some issues

1. When i try to upload tour image it upload image but showing. Below screen

2. Same happened with Gallery when uploading image is showing when i update image not showing.
3. I have created Destination Attribute inside destination i have configure 3 items when i try to add destination with tour its not working only loading for long time.
