Configure search bar with datepicker in fileds and list in feilds

Hi Guys,

I hope this message finds you well. I have recently purchased your theme and need a bit of help.

I saw this video mentioned in the forum which has helped me half the way, but I need to add

few more fields to my search bar. I need to be able to create a blank field with a label called Your Destination, Departure date with
a date picker and a Duration which must have a list of days to choose from: 1 day, 2 day, 3 day etc.

I would really appreciate your help. Thank you.
