Need to Link Destination Images to Different Page

The images on the destination page of the theme link to the product page, showing all the different places one can visit.

I want to link the images in “Pick your Destination” on the home page to http://cpvvs.org/cape-verde-islands/

Presently it goes to the product page showing different products related to tours.
