Your theme may be blocked from the server as a result of a request sent by its provider. Can you contact your theme provider and find out the IP classes, let’s add the IP addresses to the whitelist, you can test them again.

I installed it once yesterday but had to interrupt it.
I tried to reinstall it today but it gives an error.
