2 major problems regarding room booking

We are facing 2 Major problems:-

1) We have only one Suite Room for Welkin Suite. If a client book the room for 25th march to 28th march then till 28th march this room becomes unavailable for others. no other client be able to book the same room for any other day until and unless the booking period cross or booking cancel. If we choose any date before 28th march, it shows those dates are not available. Pl help. Its a very important problem.

2) If a client book a room and after 1 hr he send a cancel request from his account that he created during the booking and so if admin cancel his reservation then the room client booked becomes available immediately. But if admin by mistake delete his booking without cancelling the reservation then the room becomes unavailable for ever. There will be no other way left to make the room available for others after this mistake. Pl give a solution of this problem.
