Blog post questions

-I have social share icons turned off in the blog post settings. They are still showing up on my blog posts. How do I fix this? Right now I see ‘Share This’ — Twitter and Facebook icons, and ‘Like this’ — star button.
-There is a border around the blog posts. How do I turn it off?
