Bookkings on fixed dates

Hello

As I can do to make the trips have fixed dates (and deactivate the rest of the dates in the reservation, I try to select in the calendar but not being in red they are deactivated to make the reservation).

The price section for Children does not appear since I have updated the template, although I have it activated in the Settings of Tours

On the other hand, where can I find new documentation on the new theme features?
