Cancel my license and refund please

Sir,
I am getting troubles with your theme! As I have no knowledge of coding, so I bought your product to ease what I want to do. But I got confused after importing demos! The pages are not working properly, it says alias slider is not found.

Eventually, I have decided to design my website from scratch using Astra theme, I want to cancel this theme. Sir, I am not affluent and belongs to a low-middle family. So please help me with refund. I shall be highly thankful to you and obliged. Consider my request sympathetically.
