Can’t import Demo site

My website is venhub.co.uk

I have just downloaded your domain but it isn’t importing the demo as it should do. I want to import demo 1 but it isn’t importing any of the demos anyway. I think it only imports the blog.

I have tried importing the xml files with no success, and have tried using Theme options but it stays on 99% and never imports.

Please advise.
