Change breadcrumbs TOURS link

Hi, On each tour category page, on the breadcrumbs underneath the title: HOME – TOURS – CATEGORY OF TOUR, how can I change TOURS to PLAN A TRIP which would just link back to the previous page “Plan a Trip” (the 7 categories of tours)?
