change settings on tour tabs

Hello
I inserted tabs as you indicated in an old post, but I wanted to fix the spaces
I modified these values but I wanted to make two different settings between mobile and desktop
if I change this
.top_content_single .tabs-fixed-scroll .wc-tabs-scroll li a {
padding: 5px 5px;
}
it’s fine for mobile but not for the desktop
how can I do? thank you
