Changes in Theme Options doesn't work

Hi, I have bought this theme and install in localhost following the documentation.

And I am having several problems with the Redux Framework, First of all, There is any place that I have to put my purchased license token? It seems like is not activated or something

The theme is not working propertly, I imported demo video slider and try to customize that with the “Theme Options & Sample Options” but when I save the changes, nothing is happening. And in the site the change doesn’t work, When I refresh the Theme Options page it is default again, no sense…

Please can someone help me?
I am stucked with that
