Changes to booking and tor page.

Hello,

I’ve just got this theme and I want to make a few changes to the tour page. The changes I’d like to make are the following

in the booking area:
1. I want the Adult tickets number selection box to come before the child ticket.
2. I would like to show the calendar permanently.
3. remove he names phone number and email boxes.
