Check In and Chek Out in the email customers

Hi,
after the problem reported in:

“adult price” in the email customers

i can’t find “Check In” and “Chek Out” in the email customers (and other email)
can you fix the problem ?

Neither in woocommerce order, in no way can i see the booking date
