Contact Form Not Sending All Field Variable

Hello WP thanks for all your support already. I need to know how why the contact form is not sending all the inserted information on the contact form to the email address on file when submitted. It recognizes the email by default, but it does not recognize all the imputed fields. In other words I am not receiving the information on the form when i get the emails.
